Our requirements

 

All dogs must be vaccinated,  including kennel cough. Proof of this must be shown.

Assessment forms and consent forms must be filled out correctly before your dog starts at Wagtails.

​

 Female dogs in heat are not allowed to use our services. 

​

You must follow our opening and closing times unless you've requested more hours. 

​

Payments should be paid weekly or at pickup.

​

Respect must be shown to all staff. 

​

All late cancellation and no show fees are £15

​​

You must book your dog in beforehand via the app (Vagaro), if there was no booking made this may result in your dog being turned away. As we may be at full capacity.
